All products supplied by Maya Drinks are intended for trade/business customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Payment terms are as agreed at the time of ordering. Late payments may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, Maya Drinks does not offer refunds or accept returns after dispatch except where goods are:

  • faulty
  • damaged in transit
  • incorrectly supplied

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs where applicable.

7. Product Storage

Customers are responsible for storing products according to any storage instructions provided. Maya Drinks accepts no liability for products stored incorrectly after delivery.

8. Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied. Maya Drinks shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product names, and content remain the property of Maya Drinks and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
