Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trade Orders

At Maya Drinks, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly and efficiently.

Order Cancellations

Trade orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using your order reference number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on trade orders, including food and beverage products, except where goods are:

  • faulty
  • damaged in transit
  • incorrectly supplied

Any issues with an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence where applicable.

Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect ordering
  • opened products
  • products not stored according to recommended conditions

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, credit note, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.
